Reason For Pain And Burning In The Back Of The Heel?

I am having alot of pain and burning in the back of my heel when walking or not walking. it s not plantar fasciitas, I have had that in my right foot and have had surgery for it. I can be sitting and I get shooting pain and burning in it. I have also been told I do not have a fat pad in my feet and I am overweight which I know doesn t help anything. Any advice would be appreciated!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern I can understand your problem if you are over weight then the weight of your body goes down to the heel and if the spur is there then this may cause pain, certain physical exercise reduces this pain reducing the body weight will also reduce the pain if you take the NSAID then also this would give good result, and the best option is Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain released once in day, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
