Reason For Increased Pain In Right Side?

I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 20+years and usually have pain on both sides at the same time, such as both knees etc. Recently I have been having increased pain, but only on my right side. Ankle, wrist, elbow sciatica. Could this be something other than arthritis
