Reason For Headaches, Dizziness, Nausea, Chest Tightness?

Hi, I ve been having shortness of breath and some chest tightness. Went to the ER a week ago and EKG, xrays, and blood work came back good. I counted it as just stress. Went to doc for follow up and they realized my blood pressure was a little high. Again, I counted it as just a result of stress. My symptoms have not gone away even though I have made every point to be rested and stress free. Today at my job the systems got worse, to the point where I had gotten light headed/dizzy and experiencing nausea in addition to headaches. I sit at a desk all day but other than that I m healthy (walk everyday). I m a 35 yr old female about 120 lbs. I m worried that this could be more than stress. When I m laying in bed at night, its not that bad, neither is is it that bad in the morning, but by noon I m overwhelmed with these symptoms. I feel like I m drowning!. What could this be?
