What Causes Chest Tightness, Squeezing Feeling And Abdominal Pain?
i have chest tightness, feeling like my chest/back are being squeezed by a vice grips, slight abdominal discomfort (gas/bloating) and upper abdominal pain, sinus headaches, dizziness and fatigue. this has been going on for the past 4 days. any ideas?

According to history here you could have acute viral infection that can lead abdominal pain and muscular pain with other constitutional symptoms....
It could be sinusitis infection.....
Take prophylactic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin...
More water taken....
Take soft and bland diet for few days...
Symptomatic management done with decongestent and steam inhalation.
Benadryl like drug useful..that is Antihistaminic drug....
Fruits taken more....
Take care ...
