RDW - 14.6, WBC - 12,400, CHOL/HDL Ratio 3.48. Assist?

Hi, I just got my test done & the below findings are not normal...can you assist if it is serious RDW (Red Cell Distribution Width) 14.6 Total Leucocytes ( WBC ) count 12,400 Eosinophils 8.0 MPV ( Mean Platelet Volume ) 10.60 Triglycerides level in serum by Enzymatic method 182.00 LDL/ HDL RATIO 1.65 CHOL/HDL RATIO 3.48 Rubella-IgG Antibodies ,serum by CMIA POSITIVE (105)

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have given incomplete information,I presume you have given values which are abnormal but every investigation needs to be correlated clinically but I will try to explain importance of each one.
RDW is upper end of normal range seen in Anaemia and due to size variation of RBCs, Your WBC count is increased which may point to presence of infection and your Eosinophil is 8% slightly raised indicate allergic condition.
Your Triglyceride is more than desirable that is
German measles (Rubella) is positive indicate past infection with this virus.
There is nothing serious but for proper assessment please visit your treating doctor.
