Pus filled bumps behind the ears. Are these pimples or cysts?

I have these little pimple like bumps behind my ears and when squeezed something thick and white comes out of them, it has a bad smell. They continue to fill back up. Are they cysts or pimples?! What can I do to get rid of them or help it not get so bad. I have naturally oily skin and also found I can press my finger nail on the sides of my nose and slide it up the side of my nose and the same thing comes from my pores. PLEASE HELP }=(

i actually have the same problem, an i actually know a group of people with the same problem. The doc told me to make sure my ears were dried all the way after my shower an to ignore the pimples an they go away, but they always come back, or pop in my sleep, or in public an i look gross. but i will say the doc was right on how to get rid of them, but i still haven't figured out how to stop them from comin back. another possibiltiy was that the pores behind your ears extract poisons from your body an thats why they smell but im not a doctor, so if a doc does read this i would love to know myself??
