Protruding face with low nasal bridge

Hi there, I am a 19 year old male, 20 next month. I have quite a prominent bulging brow area and my lower face is round and protrudes even moreso. My nose protrudes along with this. There is also a gap at the very top of my nasal bridge (the area between my brow and the rest of my nose. My nose goes deep inwards, contrasting to my bulging brow, and then curves and bends to go downwards. Too put it briefly there is a slight gap in my nasal bridge while the rest of my face protrudes which makes things worse. It is very noticeable and I think my skull looks very diproportionate. In my a opinion my face has gone beyond being aesthetically appealing. I first noticed this happening when I was 14 and I thought my face might change but as time goes by it gets worse. Is there anybody on here who I can privately send a picture too so they can tell me what they think. I am aware my hair is quite sparse due to my low ferritin levels which I am trying to fix and so I dont require advice on that part, but with everything else I just dont know what to do. Please help me somebody. Thankyou :)

Hi Maldrid,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum,
It would better if you can consult either a Rhinoplasty surgeon or a Plastic surgeon, they will examine your facial profile and then suggest you accordingly.

I have just returned home after having septoplasty/rhinoplasty surgery. I am a 49 year old woman weighing 158 lbs in excellent health with no pre-surgery complications. My situation is that immediately upon awaking in the recovery area, I experienced burning and stinging in my nostrils, sore throat and pain in the chest. The sore throat and chest pain are the result of the breathing tube (it was a 4 hour surgery) and I was told by the nurse on duty that the nasal burning was due to the nasal sprays that were administered while I was under anesthesia. My question is, how long will it be before this burning subsides? This is actually the worst part of my experience thus far. I did have nasal packing performed which is being removed in two days - could the burning be related to this? I am currently taking Percocet for pain which is working well for the actual pain of the rhinoplasty, but it hardly touches the burning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have had two rhinoplasty surgeries and I fear I need another one. I am 65 years old and the last one I had was about 8 years ago. I am having trouble breathing and fear that it is collapsing again. I don't know how to find a good doctor near where I live.

I have been experiencing a foul smell inside my nose for 7 months now. at first i thought i got it from swimming during summer and maybe i got a bacteria in the water that infected my implant. I had a rhinoplasty 10 years ago and I thought my nose may had been infected so I have the implant removed. I had 3 more surgeries because of the non-healing lesion that my doctor and I thought might be an infection again. the problem is, i do not have implant now and I still have that foul smell once in a while. I'm drained already thinking what remedy would help me so I can have my nose done again but I cannot proceed on that unless I the foul smell is gone. I really need help. What do you think is happening to me? what shall I do? Have I gotten some bacteria that causes my nose to emit foul smell? I have been treated with antibiotics but it doesn't help at all. What drug should I take and what is really causing the foul smell?
