Problems With Bowel Movement, Noise From Stomach. Had Tumor Removed From Kidney. Suggestions?

I had a turmur removed from my right kidney, all has been going well I had this done about three weeks ago. My bowels have not been right, my stomach makes lot of noise after I eat and I always have a soft bowel movement. I have the urge to go but I do not go al the time.I use to drink ensures but now when I drink them I have a running bowel movement.
