Hi Madhu

Welcome to HCM

Usually people will complain of constipation more in 3 rd trimester than loose stool, even though many do complain of loose stool.

I think in your case loose stool may be due to anxiety. Anxiety causes increase in the bowel movement resulting in loose stools.
Acute loose stool, the most common, is temporary. It usually comes on suddenly and can last for up to a week or so.

If it persists you can avoid the following foods like raw fruits and vegetables, fried, greasy food and fast food, dairy products (including milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.), spicy food, caffeine, cold drinks.

Hope i have provided the information you needed.

Wish you good heath.

Take care.
