Pressure In Both Ears And Dizziness With On And Off Smoky Smell
I have pressure in both ears and dizziness. I have been smelling phantom smoke on and off for years and I was diagnosed with vertigo about 18 months ago. GP ruled out any ear infections and CT scan 18 months ago was clear. What is going on? I am seeing an ENT next. Thank you.

Pressure in both ears and dizziness both is found in either recurrent ear infections or Meniere's disease. But smelling of phantom smoke is pointing towards either a rhinitis causing damaged olfactory nerves or Migraine Related Vertigo. So it is better you see an ENT specialist. Most probably you will be needing a proper audio-vestibular assessment along with an X-ray/ CT scan of the sinuses.
