Pregnant, urine sample showed blood, ketones, protein, leukocytes, advised retesting with another sample. Serious?

Hi, I am 37 weeks pregnant and last tuesdayy I handed in a urine sample . My midwife tested it and said I had blood , ketones , protine and lukesites. She sent it off and on monday the receptionist told me the results said no further action. About half an hour later, my doctors rang me and said they needed another sample off me. Does this sound serious considering half an hour before hand I was told it was fine?

need not worry presence of blood, and leucocyte that is WBC is coomonly seen in UTI that is urinary tract infection which is again coomon during pregnancy.drink plenty of water and maintain hygiene throughtout the pregnancy.
When fat is broken down for energy, the body makes substances called ketones . These are passed in the urine. Large amounts of ketones in the urine may mean a very serious condition, diabetic ketoacidosis, is present. A diet low in sugars and starches (carbohydrates), starvation, or severe vomiting may also cause ketones to be in the for confirmation doctor must have ask for next sample.
