Pregnant, Overweight, Using Amway Nutrilite. Dosage Of Omega3 Capsules?

Hi...I am 26 week pregnant. ..I am overweight...I am using amway nutrilite. ..my question is how much salmon omega3 capsules should I take in a day..I am taking 1 tab of cal mag D in morning. ..1 tab of omega3 in afternoon. ...1 tab of iron&folic acid at night..so...suggest me proper supplements ...for babies brain development. ..

Hello

Thanks for the query

You can take Iron and Folic in the afternoon, Omega 3 at night and Cal mag in the morning.
You will prevent neural tube (brain developmental defects) defects by taking Folic acid 5mg supplements daily, you are already on them so it is not an issue. Please go for regular ultra sound scans to rule out complications
