Pregnant, In Third Trimester, Have Thick Yellow Discharge, Back Pain. Sign Of Labor?

I m currently 34 weeks 5 days pregnant with a little girl and am 18 years old. Ive been having a kind of thick white sometimes yellow discharge usually only after i wipe after using the bathroom. Ive also been having a lot of lower back pain and keep on feeling as if shes trying to push her way out could this be a sign of labor soon? and if so how long do u think approximately this is my first baby

hi,
with advancing pregnancy as the uterus grows it will cause pressure on pelvic organs and you will feel like pushing, but if that becomes severe associated with abdominal contractions you have to consult gynecologist as early as possible,
your discharge could be physiological leuchorrhea of pregnancy but if that is associated with smell or itching etc better to get examined once.
