Hello

Welcome to HCM forum

Fibroids usually grow during pregnancy due to increased blood flow so there is nothing to worry about if they are intramural

If they are in the cavity then there are chances of miscarriage but she is already 18 weeks pregnant so chances are less but still she has to be cautious

Regular follow ups are required

Tell her not to take any stress as loss of appetite is due to tension

Regular iron supplements and good diet with meditation and light exercises will help her a lot

Best wishes
