Pregnant. Foul-smelling liquid discharge from belly button, yellow discharge, dizziness, headache. Worried

Hi, I m 31 weeks pregnant. I ve noticed some things that are strange. Lately I ve been having strange smelly water like stuff coming out of my bellybutton, occasionally some yellowish discharge as well. I ve also been stuffed up and have started to sneeze out a bright green snot. Also I ve been having sudden dizziness and headaches . I m worried I might be getting a cold or something, is that going to affect the baby at this stage? Do I need to go to my doctor s office or am I over reacting?

Thanks for posting your query.
The discharge from the belly button could be an infection. Try cleaning the area with warm water and then dry it thoroughly. If it does not respond and get better in a couple of days, see your doctor, who may prescribe an antibiotic ointment to apply locally.
Stuffiness and headaches may indicate a viral infection, like the common cold. But if it is not and you carry on having headaches and dizziness, make an appointment with your doctor. They may want to check your hemoglobin levels and also your blood pressure. Even a simple ailment can become a concern when you are pregnant, so it is always better to see your doctor and be sure.
Best wishes.
