Pregnant. Constipation, Blood In Tissue, Troubled Urination. What Is Going On?

I am 35 weeks pregnant so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with that. But the past few months I have been very constipated and struggling to go to the loo, whenever I could there would be a little blood on the tissue. I haven't been constipated for a few weeks now and going to the loo is a lot easier however there is still blood, I am finding blood on the tissue even if I only go for a wee (it is not coming from the vagina) it is quite heavy but no pain...?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you are having are likely to be due to a urinary tract infection. You need to get a urine test to find out if there is any infection present. An ultrasound scan may be needed for proper result.
