Hi and welcome, Yours is an unusual case as it is the other way round most of the time. The blood test comes positive first before the baby is seen. The only possible explanation is that your last period was an implantation bleeding and you were pregnant. Then the baby became bad inside the uterus, meaning a missed abortion and hence pregnancy tests became negative but the remains of baby are seen inside the uterus on scan. Another possibility is a false positive scan or what is seen in the scan is not a baby but something else. I suggest that you wait till the date of your expected periods. If they come, get a scan after periods as sometimes a thick endometrium may give false impression of pregnancy. Get a transvaginal scan from an expert radiologist and look for the results.
