Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually there is a mild abdominal pain and stomach upset during the first three months of pregnancy. The likes and dislikes regarding the eating habits also change. It is best to continue eating what you like. Add adequate protein supplements and calcium rich foods in your diet.
