Fasting blood sugar levels between 100 and 126 are called as pre diabetes and above 126 is diabetes.
Similarly post prandial ( PP ) levels between 140 and 200 are called as pre diabetes and values above 200 is called as true diabetes.
It is always good to control your diet, reduce your weight and do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes. With these lifestyle modifications, one can keep his blood sugar levels in control in pre diabetes stage.
Blood sugar levels mentioned above hold true for all ages.
You are keeping a good control of your sugar levels and must keep on having dietary restriction along with exercises.
