Poly cystic ovaries, treatment undertaken, cysts cleared, irregular periods, weight gain, treatment

i had polycystic ovary and undergone treatment for a year. recently, the doctor took a scan and said that the cysts are cleared. yet, i ve irregular periods. i got upset and gave up the treatment. moreover, i m putting on weight. i ve taken all the tests regarding PCOD like hormone , thyroid etc., and all the results were negative..give me some suggestions to reduce weight and to make the menstrual cycle regular..thank you,,

your cysts are cleared with treatment which means you have to continue the treatment until your cycles become regular and your doctor says that you can stop taking drugs.
Reducing weight will help in regularizing the cycles. You can do brisk walking daily or at least 4 times in a week for around 30 mins which is easier way of decreasing the weight.
