Please Suggest A Treatment For Swelling On The Back
After hitting shoulders very hard with my cousin a few times I noticed swelling on my back later that day around my right shoulder blade and and little below it, the swelling has not subsided for over a year and x-rays did not show any damaged bones, i feel discomfort when sitting or laying in particular positions.
This is Trapezitis and inter-scapular muscle spasm.
You need to first correct the posture. Use hot water fermentation, do breathing exercises, gentle kneading massage, myofascial release, IASTM, neck stabilization exercise, inter-scapular muscle strengthening exercises, shoulder stabilization exercises etc. to improve the posture and muscle strength.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
