Your obstetric history could have given you a general weakness and the pain could be a simple muscle spasm that you had while taking care of your baby. Yet, you should have an examination with an orthopedic and also your gynecologist to locate the cause. If it is associated with other symptoms like cough, fever, itching, or crackling you should suspect some pathology in the lungs, liver or rib cage. You can get investigated to rule out any problem. Take care.
