Pinkish spotting, missed periods, loss of appetite and cramps. Reason?
I need help on a matter.my period skipped a month and now it has come i am on my 8th day. My period usually last 4/5days.i am not passing any blood during the day but when i use the bathroom and i wipe myself there is pinkish blood.is this still my period.??i have loss of appetite ,and i have being suffering from cramps .

Delayed periods with spotting could suggest implantation bleeding,
I recommend you to get a urine pregnancy test done.
Blood test for beta HCG. Increasing titer suggests pregnancy.
Transvaginal ultrasound gives a definitive diagnosis.
Consult your Gynecologist for further treatment protocol.
