Pinkish red pop-able dot on arm, hard to touch. How will it heal?

Hi, I woke up this morning with a pimple sized dot on my arm . I went to pop it and now the skin surrounding it has turned pinkish-red and hard to the touch. It s about the size of a quarter. It s still pop-able, and when I looked closely at it, I could see two little marks in it as though it were a spider bite . Should I be worried about the fact that the skin is hard, or is it normal and will pass soon enough?
