Pink, Dry Spots On Back, Stomach, Breast, Inner Thigh. What Could They Be?

i noticed i had a small pink dry looking spot on my side and didnt think much of it. but soon i found some on my back on my stomach my breast, upper ab area and now my inner thigh. it started as just four or five small dry spots but now i have around twenty scattered. i was wondering what it may be? they dont itch but im getting worried especially with the frequency of how many are popping up. doyou have any ideas?

Such type of skin manifestation usually occurs either because of auto immune allergy, or viral infection, other causes are also there but that
need to be ruled out, and it is only possible when examined clinically, right now you weight for few days, just do nothing but keep an eye on it if it increases then consult the dermatologist.Have nice day.
