Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Pains may be due to the premenstrual syndrome or intra abdominal infection like pelvic inflammatory disease or urinary infection or renal stone or food intolerance or gastroenteritis.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ultrasound abdomen, urine examination then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
