Pimples, Scars. Suggested TCA Peal/istorin Followed With Laser Treatment. Residing Area Dusty. Suggest Different Treatment?
I am male 30 years. Started having pimples and consequently acne scars for last year. Last year had brokeup with my girl and was in tension....this might be the reason....I checked with two dermatologists... first one did TCA peel and second one suggested doxol for few days and then istorin 10 for few days...also had laser treatment once....now after two months or so again pimples have started and converting into scars....right now I am not using anything on the face except regular mosturizing cream etc.....one reason may that I moved one and half year back from pune to Gurgaon...its too much dust in gurgaon...this may also be the reason. Please suggest some effective treatment or name of specialist doctor in gurgaon/delhi and I may visit them.

After reading your query I can understand the great concern of pimples and marks on your face.
As i read your query I can make out that all the three treatments you took were inadequate. Pimples as you understand is a simple youth related problem generally occurring at the age of 15 and continuing till 25 years. Yours is 30 years of age and at this age it is quite unusual to find these things.
The very first thing to suggest you is kindly stop the application of moisturizing cream as it is one of the factor to cause pimples and attracts more of dust.
Then it is quite important to take the treatment regularly with best possible follow up with a proper dermatologist. It would be taking at least minimum of 3 months to take any treatment its effect and then further 3-6 months to maintain and improve the condition. So have patience for your problem.
