Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
All your problems have stemmed up due to inadvertant use of topical creams.
Lomela is a pigmentation reducer cream containing steroid. Long term use of such creams can cause acne. The dark patches due to acne treatment might have occurred because all the creams that you used for acne have potential to irritate skin and if used in large amounts can irritate skin later on causing post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Now to treat the pigmentation and acne, I would suggest
Take azithromycin 500 mg three times in a week
Apply clindamycin gel in morning and adapalene gel in night. Use a tooth pick to apply these over your acne lesions
Continue Kojic cream over pigmented areas
Use a sunscreen in morning
Take vitamin c tablet( limcee) orally daily.
You may also take few sessions of chemical peels to settle pigmentation and acne both.
Continue with these at least for a month to have good response.
Regards
