Hello, after 3 days coming from vacation in mexico my tongue has pimple like bumps on side. They are not really different color but a tongue appears bumpy from the side (3 bumps, so side is like a wave). I am 23 years old, and unfortunately engaged in unprotected oral sex. I wonder if this might be a symptom of HPV or something else, and what can I do about it? Also I have been smoking and drinking alot on the vacation and got a sunburn, is it possible that the oral cancer would be triggered so fast? Thanks for any kind of answers in advance.
