thank you for your query. First of all I would like to request you not to panic. please remember your condition is affecting a huge number of women at the moment, both married and unmarried. And you are not alone.
first of all, you have confirm your
pregnancy. you can go for a pregcolour card (beta-
HCG) test, which measures b-HCG in urine. It can be bought over the counter, and can be done in home.
If it comes positive, then you have to confirm weeks of gestation and position of embryo if present by doing an
ultrasound scan (USG) of
uterus and adnexa. this can be done in any clinic/ diagnostic centre.
after this, if it still comes positive, and you finally decide to go for a medical termination of pregnancy, i would suggest you to consult a gynaecologist or any state MTP centre (government run) for the further needful. I would like to assure you to feel free, and though the laws vary from state to state, Medical termination of pregnancy for unwed mothers is legal and permitted under the law, and anonymity is maintained in most states. You will have to fill a form and it will be done under medical supervision.
I would like to warn you against going in for some over the counter drugs or
self medication or illegal
abortion methods as these are associated with high risks, of infection, uterine perforation, incomplete evacuation, which may complicate to even
septic shock, etc.
Hope i've been able to satisfy your query.please feel free to contact me for any further query. best of luck.
