Performed Semen Analysis, Urine Test. No Infections. Shows Sperm, Pus. Normal Semen With Marked Inflamatory Exudate. Suggestions?

hi doctor
i perform Semen Analysis yesterday and followings things have fond and today i perform Blood CBC & Urine Test Complete the tests are normal no infection.

Sperm Count is 29millions/ml
Pus Cell is 40-50 /hpf.

Caution mentioned in report : Normal Semen with Marked Inflamatory exudate.

Please suggest me what i have to do now.

Hi,
From report it seems that you are having infection in your seminal vessels and testicles suggests Acute Epididimo-orchitis.
Consult sexologist or urologist and get examined.
Ok and take care.
