Perforated Ear Drum, Bleeding, Purulent Discharge, Pain, Reduction Of Hearing, Inserted A Q-Tip, Experienced A Syncopal Episode, Tongue Numbness.

Question for ENT: I had a Mastoidectomy in 2004 for Cholesteatoma (Right) without complication. Recently I acquired a fungal infection that was treated with Clotrimazole Otic and Ofloxacin . After 1 week treatment the infection resolved but, revealed a perforated ear drum. I discontinued drops and have since had bleeding, purulent discharge (non-odorous, similar to when I had the fungal infection), pain and reduction of hearing. Upon inserting a Q-Tip into my ear, I experienced a syncopal episode and right side tongue numbness. What concerns should I consider with this condition? How great is the risk for Cranial Nerve VII, VIII, and X damage in this instance? I am currently awaiting an appointment at the local teaching hospital but, will unlikely be able to get an appointment for sooner than 2 months from now. Also, I am a 3rd medical student, feel free to use medical terminology. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
