Penis head tilted
The head of my penis is tilted to the left during an erection , it must have just happened recently. It was not like that before. One side appears to be a little bloated.

The anatomical position & musculature cause tilting during erection.
due to tight frenulum it some times visible more.
So nothing to worry for it.
It will not affect your sexual act or satisfaction to your partner.
Don't give attention to its tilting.It is a normal entity.
