Pelvic Ultra Sound Scan Done. Can Any Online Doctors Help Me Read This?

i just had a pelvic u/s that showed this and I would like to know what it means:
IMPRESSION:

18 mm endometrial echocomplex, abnormally thickened in a
premenopausal patient with vaginal bleeding.

No significant change in size of hypoechoic myometrial foci, likely
fibroids.

RECOMMENDATION:

Endometrial sampling for further evaluation of thickened endometrium
in this premenopausal patient with bleeding.

Because findings in this report may be important, an automated
tracked email will be sent to the referring physician upon report
finalization by the attending Radiologist

Hi,
I wish I would know your clinical symptoms, age etc. to give you my best opinion.

Based on your ultrasound findings, however, this is the explanation.

They found a lesion in the innermost layer of your uterus, measuring 18 mm. According to the opinion mentioned in the ultrasound report, this lesion is not typical for a woman who is about to stop having menstruations and has abnormal vaginal bleeding.

You also seem to have some lesions in the middle layer of the uterus that were detected during the previous ultrasound examination. These lesions did not change their size since the last ultrasound examinations and are probably fibroids (fibroid are benign tumors).

Since the author of the report attached great importance to this finding in the innermost layer of the uteurs, they recommend biopsy of this lesion (they will take a little piece of tissue from this lesion and will examine it under the microscope to find out out what it is exactly).

Kind regards.
