Pelvic Scan Report Shows Uterus Non Gravid, Thick Endometrium, Multiple Cyst In Both Ovaries. Treatment?

Dear Dr. last week i went for pelvic scan and this is want was seen. The uterus is non gravid and nortmal in size measuring 6.3cm X 4.3cm x4.6cm. No myometrical lession seen. the endometrium thickened (1.3cm AP thick) The cervic is norma. Both ovaries have large volume( left ovary 28mls, and right ovaries 18.4mls. the both have multiple cysts . the large one in the left ovary and has debrils is 3.0cm diameter. no free fluid in the POD

Your uterus in completely normal. However endometrium is thickened, it is normally less than 8 mm, but its thickness depends on which day scan is performed. for example if scan is done after day 14 then it can be more than 8 mm, it is normal process. It also depends on age of patient after the age of 45 , more than 8 mm is pathological.
Both ovaries has large volume with multiple cyst, which suggests a Polycystic ovarin disease, which needs treatment. Please consult your gynecologist for clinical evalution and further management.
