Palpitations, Irregular Pulse After Exercising. Due To PVCs?
Hi Dr., I am a thirty-nine year old male. No medical problems. Workout regularly. Eat good. However I get palpitations after a workout and when I check my pulse it is very irregular. No chest pain but I can feel the palpitations. Online i ve read it could be pvcs or a fib. It does go away after a couple hours. Is this something I should worry about?

Normal person also after exercise feels some amount of palpitation , but pulse will be regular
and as heart rate goes normal after you stop exercise , it will settles down ,
do basic investigation , first do EKG and 2D Echo and if both reports normal do TMT test and consult cardiologist
