Painful Swollen Red Labia Majora, No Discharge, Not Sexually Active. Treatment Options?
Hi doctor I have a painful swollen red labia majora . No discharge is present and I have not been sexually active for months. I am an older woman. I have had something similar before but it passed quickly and semed to have been related to perfumed toilet paper use after urinating. What ca i do to relieve the pain and discomfort?

Are you a postmenopausal age woman if so it is likely to be due to dry vagina .Pl apply estrogen vaginal cream twice .in a day along with some antibiotics,Consult some Gyenocologist.
