Varococele represent dilated scrotal veins that are unable to return blood effectively to the heart. This causes swelling and pain. It generally requires no management except controlling for pains or when the client has fertility difficulties. Pain medication alongside a tight under wears are very helpful to control this condition. Also, avoiding unnecessarily long upright position helps prevent blood accumulation and pain symptoms.
