Pain While Passing Motion, Urinating, Severe Abdominal Pain, Vomiting Bile. How To Get Relief?

i have pain on left side when i poo and pee .2 weeks ago i had severlower anduper adamond pain also vomting up bile this lasted 12 hours .i amy still very sincetive in that area.had gallblader taken out, i also had histomary , gastic baypass,2 hurine fixted ,inestin raped around a cist .please help me i am 49 and like 70.

Your problem may be of medical cause like irritable bowel syndrome or a bowel infection.
It may also be of surgical nature if you have bands which are post surgical complications or diverticulosis etc.
Ideally you should be evaluated by a local physician for this and should do advised workup like ultrasound of abdomen and blood investigations.
