Pain Under Rib Cage, Feels Dizzy, Have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyoma, Test To Be Done For Lupus. Cause?

Last weeken I had sime severe pain on my right side, just under the rib cage. The pain was so bad that i almost passed out. Wgen it did finakly stop i went ti get uo and my kegs were week and i bev,came very dizzy. I have RA, Fibrimyiam and now being test for lupus . What could gave cause this oain, is it something to wirry abiut? I seriously thought i was dying

You must consult a rheumatologist. a series of tests of blood may be needed to confirm your disease and then treatment with pain killers and specific disease modifying drugs can be started for rheumatoid. gabapentin is good for fibromyalgia.
