Pain Under Armpit In The Area Of Lymph Nodes With Mild Swelling, Fatigue, Nausea. Anything Serious?

hi im 30 and i have the brca1 jean i have been feeling extremely tired and nausious the past mth and a half ( i am not pregnant ) i had pain under my arm pit around the the side of my breast but under the arm where my lymphnodes are does this sound like anything to worry about as ive heard cander isnt sore the lump isnt painfull around it is and that side feels a bot swollen my other side feel normal thank yoyay around

brca 1 is usually found in all humans..there is nothing to worry abut that.
check whether you have any family history of breast cancer.
is your nodule moving on palpation?
some times during regular periods some may suffer from this type of pain which is quite physiological.
go to nearby general surgeon or gynaecologist to clean up your doubt about cancer by mammography.
