I am very tired and I have joint pain and sometomes slight nausea- my bowel movements seem fine.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Where exactly (at what level of rib) you are having this pain? Is there any burning sensation in the epigastric region?

Did you notice any swelling there?
Is there any history of injury?
Is there any local rise of temperature?

Please reply in detail so that we can answer your query better.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
