hi there, you seem to be suffering from gastric reflux and peptic ulcer disease, for that you need to be on antacid for a continous period of atleast 3 months till the ulcer heals and make some minor changes in your life style. First of all you need to have regular small frequent fat and spice free meals , also try to take a short stroll immediatedly after supper and give a gap of atleast one hr between your bed time and meal. Also if you are overweight you need to take up some type of exercise and lose some weight. Mental stress can also lead to dyspepsia and some calming activity will help to take care of that . Hope these small changes help besides you should consult your doctor to treat you for H. pylori infection as well . Take care.
