Pain In Tibia Bone. Taking Hydrocodone, Methadone. Will They Help?
I take 4 and a half hydrocodone a day a 7.5/500 and my doctor gave me two 10mg methadone to take at night so I would not hurt so bad in the morning it helped some ? he said if it didn't help nexy month he would give 4 and a half hydros and swith me to diauldidat night what do you think the best thing for me is???? I have bone on bone in right tibia platue and have pain 24 7 .... ive read methadone is very bad for you is diauldid as bad what do you think my best answer is thank you for you help and time !!!!!

Since you mentioned in your query that there is bone on bone in tibia.
You are taking Hydrocodone + methadone ( opiod derived codeine+ opium derivative ) , in spite of this that these two drugs are habit forming drugs and most potent pain killers .
Next step is more powerful opium alkaloid i.e. more habit formation and a day will come you will be addict of these drugs than , what will happen?
I am sorry to say this is not a treatment .
In my opinion you should consult Orthopedic surgeon and get his opinion for treatment of bone on bone.
