Hello and welcome to HCM,

The symptoms of painful wrist while movement as well as at rest, swelling, and something rolling while bending suggests some soft tissue inflammation in the wrist joint.
Soft tissues include tendons, ligaments, joint capsule, etc.
Tenosynovitis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the joint, joint capsule and tendons lying in them.
A plain X-ray can delineate soft tissue swelling and can rule out any bone abnormality.
The management of inflammatory conditions of the wrust joint includes rest and analgesics.
Consult your orthopedician for clinical examination, relevant investigations, and management.

Thanks and take care

hello,
Popping sound while moving indicates sprain and if there is warm skin at the site then it may be a broken wirst. You need to consult your doctor and have an x-ray to confirm it.you need to give rest to the arm and have a bandage to it and try to keep it elevaed to the level of your heart.Take tab.zerodol for pain and swelling.Take care.Thank you.
