Hi,Senthil kumar,thanks for query.Normal ultrasound rules out any major issues in abdomen.The headache along with eye pain that you might be due to ,stress headache,refraction error,high blood pressure,sinus problem,even some times gas problem can rise to it.Visit your doctor and get your blood pressure measured,take light diet,get your eyes examined.bye.

General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
Hello Mr.Senthil kumar;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Mild pain on right side may be due to duodinitis if it is 1 hour after meals;pain due to infection or inflammation of gall bladder and liver;chronic appendicitis;and many cause so it needs to be seen in which region you have pain and it will help diagnosis.Also is there any associated symptom like nausea;vomiting or the pain increases or decreases with intake of food.So please get examined by a doctor.For occassional pain in head and eye please see if there is any trouble in vision and the headache may be a fatigue headache or even of a gastric origin.Consult a doctor and get treated.
Have a good day.
