Pain In Stomach Area, Pulling Sensation Behind Belly Button. IBS Symptoms?

Lately I have had some really bad pain in my stomach abdomen area. Some of the pain I have had is a pulling sensation behind my bellybutton with pain shooting down my penis . My doctor told me yesterday that its IBS . However in the past few hours the pain behind my bellybutton has gotten really bad, is this a normal part of IBS?

Hi nickoallmighty, is their any bruish or colour change in and around belly button. It can be symptom of internal organ infection like pancrease or spleen. So if after taking anti spasm medicine pain persist consult the doctor for ultrasound and his medicine.
