Pain In Shoulder, Chest, Back After Fall. Should I Seek Medical Help?

i fell off of a 4ft ladder yesterday i knew i was going to fall so i dove and landed on my right side i think my shoulder took the brunt of the impact and no im in a lot of pain in the shoulder chest and back areas on my right side should i seek medical help or just walk it off as just sore i was fine yesterday pain started after waking up this morning and has gotten increasingly worse 28 6'1" 360lbs

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Fall and pain suggests muscular sprain or bone injury. If there is no swelling or restriction of any movements then take rest, restrict the movements and take NSAID with muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone. Give warm compressions. If any swelling and restriction of movements get one x ray and consult your doctor for examination and management.
