Pain In Right Side Chest. On Tramadol, Paracetamol, No Heartburn. MRI Due. Treatment?

Right side of my chest has been very painful. I can't get up in the morning as the pain is that bad. I am on Tramadol and paracetamol. Going for MRI tomorrow. At this very moment I have this severe burning and it is making me feel sick. Not heartburn. I have had pain in my chest for 6 months now. Burning bad I don't know what else to do. Had pain from shoulder into my neck and head had this for 3 months that has been cleared now by physio no more pain there. I am seeing physio again. Sha said the hot and cold method . I did this for 1 day and the next day I couldn't move. My legs hips everything was so painful I did not do that again. Please can you help me.

Hi, it appears that you had some infection in the chest, eosinophelia,or gastric irritation with refered pain to chest, or cervical spondylosis.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment. Avoid spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Thank you.
