Pain In Ribs, Swollen. Not Able To Eat Fatty Foods. What Could Be This?

About 1 week ago I started having pain in my ribs they would feel like there moving my left side is all swollen now the pain is worse and constant it goes from my upper/middle ribs around to my back I cant eat fatty foods without it hurting nothing helps my mom said pancreatic caner or gall bladder could u help what could this be.

You didn’t mentioned your age.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
He need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,RFT,LFT,Lipid profile ,urine RE/ME,Ultrasound of abdomen, ECG,CT Scan( if needed).
Pain may be due to GB calculus,Problems in liver or pancreas etc.
You should consult your surgeon.
